After the payment has been cleared, orders are usually dispatched within 2-4 business days after you receive a confirmation e-mail.

We ship internationally. Standard shipping is processed by Deutsche Post. Express shipping is processed by TNT/FedEx

Delivery times are estimated and are subject to change depending on the local and international carriers, for which 05 Studio cannot take responsibility. However, we will do our best to assist you in tracking your order and resolving any problems that might occur as best as we can. Once your order is shipped you will receive a tracking number o you can keep an eye on the package and refer to it with your local post office if there is any problem or delays.



Customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Orders are sent from the EU and might be subject to customs duties and/or taxes depending on your location and the law of your country. These taxes are not included in the final price of the product or in the shipping costs and we do not take responsibility for the cost of these charges.
If you refuse to accept your delivery or change your mind 05 Studio is not responsible for any lost package and they would not be refunded.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping notification email with the tracking number. You can use any international tracking website to track your order like 17track, track-trace or directly at Deutsche Post.

Please double check your address when placing an order including the apartment number or doorbell. We are not responsible for orders that have been lost in transit due to incorrect/not full address and they would not be refunded.
Orders are delivered upon a signature. Please provide an address that is accessible and there is someone who can sign for your package.
