This website is operated by 05 Design Studio Ltd., officially registered in Bulgaria. 05 Design Studio Ltd. is also referred hereafter as 05 Studio, we, us, our team, the website, the web page, the company, the online store, the designers. In this website, we offer our products, services and a way for you to shop conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, and policies described here.

ORDER PROCESSING
When placing an order on our website, you voluntarily provide us with the following personal information that is visible to us – name, address, phone and email. All personal information you’ve provided, as part of the buying and selling process, is stored on the Squarespace platform under orders list and is used for the sole purpose of processing your order and shipping it safely to you. You can shop as a guest or create an account. We do not download or export this information to another site or platform neither do we share it with third parties apart from the shipping companies we work with (such as local post services, express shipping carriers like Econt or TNT) only for the purposes of the delivery of your order. We would not use your email or phone number unless there is a problem with your order.
We may disclose your information to third parties if we determine that such disclosure is reasonably necessary to comply with the law, protect our rights or prevent fraud or abuse of our website.
PAYMENT
We do not store your credit card or any other payment details, nor do we share customer payment details with any third parties. For now, all payments made on our website are processed by Stripe and our website is encrypted to ensure the secure handling of credit/debit card information from our store and its service providers. We do not have access to your credit/debit card details nor do we store, download or export any customer payment information on outside servers or platforms. When making purchases on our website you confirm that you are the owner of the credit/debit card that you are using or you have been authorized and have legal rights to use the given card or account. In case of certain problems with the issuer of your payment, we will not be held responsible for any delay or non-delivery. By placing an order you confirm that the payment details provided by you are valid and complete and after we accept and process your order, payment will be made in the full amount.
Squarespace, as our website platform, has SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology to ensure that your payment and personal information is secure and protected while being transferred to us. Read more about that in ‘Website, Servers and Squarespace’ section below.
WEBSITE, SERVERS AND SQUARESPACE
05 Studio’s online store, our website, is hosted on Squarespace – a company for website building and hosting. They provide us with an e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. The data you’ve provided is stored on Squarespace’s databases on a secure server behind a firewall. Some of this information, provided with your permission, such as name, phone, address, and e-mail are visible to us for the purpose of processing your order. Squarespace as our site platform has SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology to ensure that your payment and personal information is secure and protected while being transferred to us. This technology makes sure that you are browsing a safe server and you are submitting your information securely. Check at the left-hand corner of your browser next to the URL of the site to see a closed lock which means the server is safe. When you click on links on our website, they may direct you outside of our online store (such as social media buttons and links, blog posts etc). These links are provided for further information and clarification and we have no responsibility for the content of the linked websites. While we do our best to link to secure websites, applications and services we are not responsible for the privacy practices of other sites and strongly suggest that you read their privacy policy and terms of work in order to be informed of how your personal data is being used.
E-MAIL AND NEWSLETTER
The e-mail you’ve provided when placing an order will be used only for customer service purposes regarding your order (as described in ‘Order Processing’ section above).
At our website, you can also find an opt-in banner for our e-mail newsletter. If you decide to subscribe and be part of our newsletter, you will receive promotional messages, news about new products, collections, activities, and sales. Becoming a subscriber is based on your free will and requires a confirmation on your behalf before you start receiving any promotional e-mails. We work with Benchmark mail services for our e-mail campaigns and you can read more about their Term of Use and Privacy policies. Generally, once we send you an e-mail through Benchmark we receive information whether you have received, opened or clicked on the links in the e-mail we’ve sent. As mentioned in ‘Website, Servers and Squarespace’ section above, we use Squarespace platform and the features it provides for our online store. These features include cookies and analytics.
