To be eligible for a return all items should be in their original commercial condition, unused and unworn with all tags, labels and hygienic stickers intact and send back within 14 days of receiving them. Due to hygiene and health regulations, we are unable to accept returns of items without their hygiene stickers or if there are any marks and stains. Please make sure to try bottoms with underwear on and remove the hygienic sticker only if you plan on keeping them.
Items with deodorant stains, bodily fluids and any other stains will not be accepted for a return and will be shipped back to you.

All returns are paid by the customer. We won’t accept delivery of packages that were not prepaid in advance.

If you’d like to return an item, please send us a message via the contact form stating your order number.

Make sure to write your name and/or order number on the return package so we can identify it easier.

Upon receiving the returned items, you will be notified via email. We try to process all refunds as fast as we can, but please allow up to 7 working days. The full amount you paid for your order will be refunded except for the delivery costs, which are the responsibility of the buyer unless special circumstances occur.
The amount will be refunded to your bank account or card used for the original transaction of purchasing.

We reserve the right to deny returns and refunds if the return items we receive are not in the excellent condition described. We cannot return lingerie that has been worn or washed. Only items in their original condition with garment tags still attached can be returned.


Please note - until the items reach us we are not accountable for them. We cannot refund items that have been lost or arrived damaged. For this reason, the item you want to return should be send back to us carefully packaged and we advise you to use trackable mail. Please make sure to put the correct return addres including phone number on the package.

Delivery costs for returns are the responsibility of the buyer and clients can arrange their own way of international shipping that supports a tracking method. The client is responsible for the returned package until it reaches our office safely. 05 Studio is not responsible for any returns lost in transit.

RETURNS OUTSIDE OF THE EU
Delivery costs for returns including custom taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Please send returns from outside of the EU with prepaid custom taxes or these taxes will be deducted from your refund.

If you wish to make an exchange - place a new order and return the items you don’t want for a refund.
