Shipping + Handling


After the payment has been cleared, all orders are carefully packed and processed personally by us - the designers. Orders are usually dispatched within 1-4 days after you receive a confirmation e-mail. Orders received during weekends and local holidays are processed on the first working day.

We ship internationally. All orders are shipped with Bulgarian Post services with a tracking number and priority shipping.
All purchases within Bulgaria are sent using Econt.

Delivery times are estimated and are subject to change depending on the local and international carriers, for which 05 Studio cannot take responsibility. However, we will do our best to assist you in tracking your order and resolving any problems that might occur as best as we can. Once your order is shipped you will receive a tracking number o you can keep an eye on the package and refer to it with your local post office if there is any problem or delays.

Orders are sent from Bulgaria (EU) and might be subject to local custom duties and/or taxes depending on your location and the law of your country. These taxes are not included in the final price of the product and we do not take responsibility for the cost of these charges. The product prices shown at our website are final and includes VAT. It does not include possible custom taxes and shipping costs.

Returns and Exchanges


We aim for your complete satisfaction! Due to hygiene and health regulations we are unable to accept returns and exchanges of items without their hygiene stickers. To be eligible for a return or exchange all items should be in their original commercial condition, unused and unworn with all tags and labels intact.  Please refer to the size chart to determine the best fit for you. Also, we are always available to advise you on sizing, just send us an e-mail.

- After receiving the items, you can notify us with your wish to return/exchange no later than 14 days.

- We cannot return lingerie that has been worn or washed. Only items in their original condition with garment tags still attached can be returned.

- Upon receiving the returned items, we will try to process all refunds as fast as we can, but please allow up to 14 working days. All returns are initiated by us but processed through Paypal to the account or debit/credit card you’ve used originally to make the payment. The full amount you paid for your order will be refunded except for the delivery costs, which are responsibility of the client, unless special circumstances occur.

- Until the items reach us we are not accountable for them. We cannot refund items that have been lost or arrived damaged. For this reason, the item you want to return should be send back to us carefully packaged and with a service that provide insurance. Delivery costs for returns and exchanges are responsibility of the buyer and the clients can arrange their own way of international shipping that supports a tracking method.
